Some of the most common breast cancer drugs used in chemotherapy, hormonal therapy and biological therapy. Drugs in the chemotherapy regimen intended to stop further proliferation of cancer cells. They include drugs such as Flurouracil, Epurubicin, Clyclophosphamide, Adrriamycin methotrexate and Mitozantrone among others. Some of these cancer treatments used in combination to the patient the maximum benefit. The most common side effects experienced when the chemotherapy drugs used include hair loss, nausea, early menopause, fatigue, hot flashes, and temporary low blood counts. After completion of treatment is achieved, however, most of these side effects disappear. Some, such as menopause, however, is permanent.
