One of the main thing I discovered after being diagnosed with cancer is that everyone has their opinion and they all think they are right.
can be found in a high stress situation where you need answers and need them quickly puts you into a state of confusion, where you have no real clarity in any direction.
I spoke with prominent physicians from the UM Sylvester in Miami and the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, who invited me to the beginning of the conventional methods of Chemo therapy to fight my cancer immediately. But when I visited the Hippocrates Health Center in West Palm Beach, where they specialize in helping people with cancer, they impressed me that wheat grass, greens and raw foods are the only way to go, no meat, no dairy products. They are totally against the chemo and has a tear on the body.
In the center of Hippocrates, health, and I have talked with a well-educated nutritionist who believe that grass fed meat, free range chicken and eggs, fermented milk (kefir), butter and raw foods are healing for the body. They disagreed with each other strongly, but one thing, and perhaps the only thing that any alternative view held that the chemo poison and should not be put into your body.
My family and best friend are keeping to the conventional methods and wanted to see me use the Chemo therapy and my choice for a battle.
As I listened to all views have become distressed over the decisions that need to be made. I remember breaking down in tears during the stress of what to do and I had to regroup my self and get focused again, although they all had strong arguments against the Chemo Therapy, I was stage four and had a dozen tumors in my liver.
I went home that night, and it covers all the information I received in the past few weeks and prayed hard about what the decision would be right for me, and I pulled out all knowledge of a physician, Hippocrates Center, nutrition, family and friends and put together a plan, a plan that not everyone would agree with, but the plan that i felt would be right for me.
This is what I feel everything with the disease should do, its your body and disease and to inform you about how you want to deal with it.
My plan was as follows:
I decided to listen to the doctor and spend a chemo therapy to shrink my tumor.
I decided to listen to Hippocrates Center and the juice of wheat grass, greens and raw foods to build my immune system.
I decided to listen to nutritionists and the use of aloe vera, kefir, raw butter, free range eggs, and bone marrow soup. I am all these things in the fight against cancer and return to my body,
not only to survive but to thrive.
